Virtual Therapy
Therapy is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood—while also gaining the tools and insight needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Our approach is collaborative and compassionate, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, therapy is tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. If you are ready to take the next step, we invite you to reach out and begin your therapy journey with us.

Our Approach
We often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also identifying practical, forward-focused solutions.
CBT can help you recognize and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, while SFBT focuses on building on what’s already working and creating achievable steps toward the life you want. Throughout this process, we emphasize psychoeducation while helping you understand the “why” behind what you’re experiencing so you can feel more empowered and in control of your mental health.
Motivational Interviewing is another key part of our approach, especially when you may feel stuck, uncertain, or ambivalent about change. Rather than pushing or directing, this style of conversation helps us explore your own motivations, values, and readiness for change in a supportive and non-judgmental way. It’s about helping you reconnect with your own voice and inner direction.
At the heart of our work is a humanistic and strengths-based perspective, grounded in Positive Psychology. We believe you are more than your challenges, and therapy is not just about reducing symptoms, it’s also about cultivating resilience, meaning, and a deeper sense of fulfillment. By focusing on your strengths, values, and what brings you a sense of purpose, we aim to support you in building a life that feels authentic, balanced, and genuinely your own.
